Return Policy
Coverage
· Duration: 1-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase
· Includes:
o Manufacturing defects
o Electrical component failures (heating, cooling, massage modules)
o Sensor malfunctions (posture, biometric)
o Material defects (tears, stitching, fading under normal use)
Exclusions
· Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
· Normal wear and tear
· Installation errors not performed by certified technicians
· Water damage (unless specified as waterproof)
Support Process
· Submit a claim via [VeloRoom Support Portal]
· Include proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue
· Warranty claims processed within 7–10 business days
· Replacement or repair provided at VeloRoom’s discretion
Eligibility
· Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
· Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Refunds
· Full refund issued to original payment method
· Shipping costs non-refundable unless product is defective
Exchanges
· Allowed for different tier or model within 30 days
· Customer pays difference if upgrading
